An appropriate week to begin such a project - President Obama struggling to overcome such fear and prejudice.  On Tuesday he prevailed, despite history weighing so heavily against him.

Tuesday was a very special day for me too - colonic hydrotherapy.  I probably need not say any more but my enema is, in so many ways, a suitable metaphor for all that has happened in the United States over the last few months.

Yes, the first moments may be uncomfortable for some, harrowing even, but given enough time the world WILL be a better place. 

And then the toxins are gone. 

Things may not feel better immediately, but by cultivating the good the outlook improves dramatically.
